Partnership between Ivo10 Brazil and Power Circuit 13 brings benefits to U-16 athletes

Every Friday, the Ivo10 Brazil Football Academy Under-16 team carries out specific physical training with the personal trainer Felipe Duarte at the Power Circuit 13 academy. Looking to offer Ivo10 Brazil athletes an even more complete practice, executive manager William Gomes organized a different Friday. Instead of physical work in the gym, joint exercises on the field involving physique and ball.

“We have a weekly fitness class program at the gym for our Under-16 team with physical trainer Felipe, from Power Circuit 13. Our idea is to work our athletes with the best in both physical and technical areas. With this program with Felipe, who has already played as a football player, we even play together, Ivo10 Brazil players perform strengthening, muscle development, injury prevention and other exercises that do not extrapolate or hinder these young people still in the growth phase”, explained William Gomes.

And he added: “Within this differentiated work, we had the idea of ​​offering our athletes physical work in conjunction with the field, outside the gym. Felipe applied the physical activities and our team of coaches from Ivo10 came in with exercises with the ball. It was a complete activity, with a wonderful result”, concluded the manager of the Ivo10 Brazil Football Academy.
