The first Soccer Camp II field practice took place around 3:30 pm on Saturday (24), in the structure of the Roosevelt Hotel, in Taipa, Macau. It is the first of seven trainings scheduled for the young players participating in the event. The practices will be led by coaches Ivo10 Brazil Football Academy William Gomes (U-14 and U-16), Fernando Tifê (U-12) and Oumar Diarra (U-10). Macau Women's National Team goalkeeper, Oriana Wong, takes on the role of goalkeeper coach. The other professionals from the school, guests and volunteers, 10 in all, assume the role of assistants during the practices.

Bruno Leite, coach of the Under-3 and Under-5 teams at Ivo10 Brazil and who at #SoccerCamp2021 will assist in all training sessions, explained what was scheduled for the first training session. “In the first part, we tried to work on motor coordination and agility. Accompanied, at the same time, by technical work with creativity in dribbling and with as much possession as possible so that, in their own control, the boys could explore their creativity and take risks to lose their fear”, he began.

“In the second part we did a technical training where the athlete works on the passing, dribbling and finishing. And we concluded with a work of mini-games looking for possession of the ball in one part of this practice and, in the other part of the practice, the same work of possession of the ball, but with a greater focus on finishing, on kicking the goal”, concluded coach Bruno Leite.

All three groups of young athletes participated in the first day of training, which took place on the field at the Roosevelt Hotel in Taipa. Ivo10 Brazil Macau technicians shared the space and the work took place at the same time.
